Delete account and data

There is nothing for us to delete. This app creates no account and transmits no personal data to our servers. All data stays on your device only.

1. Delete inside the app

Remove the app from the device — this deletes progress, records, name and all settings

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

2. Help with deleting

We cannot delete anything for you, because we hold no data from this app. If you get stuck deleting data on your device we are happy to help — write to info@babala.ch or call us: 076 792 63 50.

Please do not include any personal data from the app in your message — we do not need it in order to help.

Game progress, stars, records and coins
Cached purchase information on this device
Settings and the name for the certificate

What is never stored in the first place

Purchase receipts at Google remain; you manage them in your Google account. Purchased packs can be restored after a reinstall via “Restore purchases”. Certificates you passed on yourself are with the respective recipient.

Data on your device

Everything stored locally disappears as soon as you remove the app from your device. On iOS you can additionally choose “Delete App” in the system settings; on Android use “Uninstall” or “Storage → Clear data”.

Your purchase is unaffected. This app offers a one-time purchase only — there is no subscription to cancel and no recurring charge. The purchase belongs to your store account: it does not end when you delete your data, and it can be retrieved after reinstalling with “Restore”.
