All apps are governed by Swiss law, in particular the revised Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP/nDSG). Where an app is used from the European Economic Area, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies in addition.

Your rights
For every app you may request information about the personal data we process, have inaccurate data corrected, request deletion or a copy of your data, restrict or object to processing. An informal message to info@babala.ch. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, within the EU, with your competent supervisory authority.
