Support
Last updated: 5 September 2026 · Skypath: Sun & Moon Planner · iOS: ch.babala.skypath
The app calculates, for any place and time, the direction and height of the sun and the moon, golden hour and blue hour, moon phase and full-moon dates, and shows them on a map with a time bar and compass. It also offers a starting exposure, calculators for ND filter, hyperfocal distance and depth of field, and saved places with notes. All calculations run on the device. The price is paid once through the App Store; there are no in-app purchases and no subscription.

So that we can help quickly
- Tell us the app, your device (e.g. iPhone, iPad, Mac, Android) and the operating system version.
- Describe what you did and what happened instead — a screenshot often helps.
- Do not include any personal or business data from the app — we do not need it, and the app does not transmit it to us.
Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases run exclusively through the store you obtained the app from. Refunds and subscription cancellations are handled by that store: on iPhone, iPad and Mac under “Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions” or via reportaproblem.apple.com. We are happy to help with questions about this.
