1. Delete inside the app
- Remove the app from the device — this deletes campaign progress, games in progress, the coin balance and the player name
Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
2. Help with deleting
We cannot delete anything for you, because we hold no data from this app. If you get stuck deleting data on your device we are happy to help — write to info@babala.ch or call us: 076 222 45 99.
Please do not include any personal data from the app in your message — we do not need it in order to help.
What gets deleted
- Campaign progress, stars, achievements, statistics
- Games in progress (saves)
- Coin balance, purchased characters, settings
- Player name
What is never stored in the first place
Purchase receipts at Apple remain; you manage them in your Apple account. “NovaTycoon Pro” can be restored after a reinstall via “Restore purchases”; a coin balance from consumable packs is lost irrevocably when the app is deleted. Certificates you previously saved to Photos or other apps must be deleted there.
Data on your device
Everything stored locally disappears as soon as you remove the app from your device. On iOS you can additionally choose “Delete App” in the system settings; on Android use “Uninstall” or “Storage → Clear data”.
