NovaEat lists businesses and their menus, accepts orders for pickup or delivery, forwards them to the business and enables payment. The purchase contract for the food is concluded between you and the respective business; we provide the platform.

Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases run exclusively through the store you obtained the app from. Refunds and subscription cancellations are handled by that store: on iPhone, iPad and Mac under “Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions” or via reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android in the Play Store under “Payments & subscriptions”.
