1. Delete inside the app
- Remove individual people in the app by swiping the person to the left. Change the place of residence with “Change”; clear the current premium in its input field.
- To remove everything, delete the app from the device: touch and hold the icon → “Remove App” → “Delete App”, or under “Settings → General → iPhone Storage”.
- Afterwards, remember device backups in iCloud, if enabled.
Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
2. Help with deleting
We cannot delete anything for you, because we hold no data from this app. If you get stuck deleting data on your device we are happy to help — write to info@babala.ch or call us: 076 792 63 50.
Please do not include any personal data from the app in your message — we do not need it in order to help.
What gets deleted
- Place of residence (postal code, town, premium region)
- Household: birth years, franchises, accident cover
- Selected models and the current premium you entered
What is never stored in the first place
There is nothing to delete on our side. The app transmits no data to us: no server, no account. Deletion is entirely in your hands; for the same reason we cannot restore deleted data.
Data on your device
Everything stored locally disappears as soon as you remove the app from your device. On iOS you can additionally choose “Delete App” in the system settings; on Android use “Uninstall” or “Storage → Clear data”.
