There is nothing for us to delete. This app creates no account and transmits no personal data to our servers. All data stays on your device only.

1. Delete inside the app

Reset the lab progress in the app settings
Or remove the app from the device — this clears all data

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

2. Help with deleting

We cannot delete anything for you, because we hold no data from this app. If you get stuck deleting data on your device we are happy to help — write to info@babala.ch or call us: 076 792 63 50.

Please do not include any personal data from the app in your message — we do not need it in order to help.

What is never stored in the first place

There is no server-side data and no account: we never received anything from you.

Data on your device

Everything stored locally disappears as soon as you remove the app from your device. On iOS you can additionally choose “Delete App” in the system settings; on Android use “Uninstall” or “Storage → Clear data”.

Your purchase is unaffected. This app offers a one-time purchase only — there is no subscription to cancel and no recurring charge. The purchase belongs to your store account: it does not end when you delete your data, and it can be retrieved after reinstalling with “Restore”.
