Delete account and data

1. Delete inside the app
- In the village, tap the info symbol (ⓘ) at the top right
- Choose “Delete cloud data” and confirm
- Then remove the app from the device if the local save game should disappear as well
Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
2. Delete without the app
If the app is no longer installed, or you prefer not to use the in-app route, write to us at info@babala.ch or call us: 076 222 45 99.
Please state the app and, if available, the account or device identifier shown in the app. We may ask a verification question to confirm your identity, and we confirm the deletion in writing.
Processing time: normally within 7 days, at the latest within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Device identifier and access token
- Save game and all game events
- Stored purchase records (product, transaction number)
What is never stored in the first place
Purchase receipts at Apple remain; you manage them in your Apple account. We cannot delete advertising data at Google because we have no access to it. After deletion the app creates a new random device identifier on its next launch.
Data on your device
Everything stored locally disappears as soon as you remove the app from your device. On iOS you can additionally choose “Delete App” in the system settings; on Android use “Uninstall” or “Storage → Clear data”.
What we must keep after deletion
After deletion no content data remains. The only exceptions are payment records, which we must retain for 10 years under commercial and tax law, and technical server logs, which expire automatically after 14 days.
