1. Delete inside the app
- Remove the saved municipalities in the settings and turn off reminders
- Or remove the app from the device — this clears all local data
Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
2. Help with deleting
We cannot delete anything for you, because we hold no data from this app. If you get stuck deleting data on your device we are happy to help — write to info@babala.ch or call us: 076 222 45 99.
Please do not include any personal data from the app in your message — we do not need it in order to help.
What gets deleted
- Saved municipalities, area and reminder settings
- Downloaded calendar files and widget data
What is never stored in the first place
There is no account and no user database on our side. Reset your advertising ID in the operating system: on Android under “Settings → Google → Ads”, on iOS under “Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking”. If you used the contact form, a short e-mail to us is enough for us to delete the enquiry.
Data on your device
Everything stored locally disappears as soon as you remove the app from your device. On iOS you can additionally choose “Delete App” in the system settings; on Android use “Uninstall” or “Storage → Clear data”.
